Welcome home to your new designer studio home located in central Tokyo. Perfect for travellers or mid term stays, this apartment is styled in a contemporary design that was completed in early 2024. The room is thoughtfully designed with the traveller in mind. Please have a look below for further details and amenities about the space. The space includes: 30 square meters of living space (approx. 332.97 sq ft), bright cozy space with large windows, Premium Koala branded double bed (140 cm x 195 cm), 32" TOSHIBA TV with basic Japanese cable (NHK, TBS, etc.), Chromecast (YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, etc.), basic toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels), toilet with bidet washlet function, hairdryer, deep soaking bathtub, washing machine, dryer room (bathroom built-in function), iron and ironing board, in room high-speed internet (WIFI), kitchen with stove range and refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, basic kitchen cookware and utensils for light cooking, and table and chairs for eating or working. The entire room is accessible to guests. No shoes in the home... "Japanese Style". No more than 2 people maximum in the room at any given time and no overnight guests are allowed without host permission. Also no parties and/or loud gatherings allowed at anytime. Please note that after 10pm we do ask that all guests keep noise to a bare minimum. Please note that children above the age of 5 will be considered an additional occupancy and will be charged accordingly. If there is any sign of smoke smell in the home upon your checkout, we will assume there was smoking involved in the home. There will be a fine of 15,000 JPY if violated. This is non negotiable. If any damages to sheets and/or linens, please let me know right away so we can treat the stain ASAP. If our cleaners are unable to remove the stain upon checkout, we will have a charge of 8,500 JPY.

You can walk 5 minutes to Yushima Tenmangu, a famous plum blossom spot, 10 minutes to Ueno Park, a famous spot for autumn leaves and cherry blossoms and many art museums, and 15 minutes to Ueno's shopping district. On the other hand, the area around the guest house is a residential area, not a tourist destination.Even though it is in the city center, the surroundings are quiet at night, and you can rest well. We provide Pokémon bed linen for guests with children.Please request if you need it. The night view from the sofa creates a special moment that can only be experienced here. The room is a spacious 40 m² space that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is especially recommended for up to 4 adults and 2 children, and the design separates the bedroom and living room to make it comfortable for families and groups. It is also fully equipped with a kitchen with a 3-burner stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, etc., so you can enjoy simple cooking. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of amenities, including a washing machine and a bathroom dryer. It's a great environment for long-term stays. We also provide complimentary sweets, cup noodles, and mineral water. Please use them to refresh yourself after arrival or during your stay.
