Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ubud

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Heartfelt gratitude to the Oding family for hosting us. Definitely recommended

Checked the reviews on Airbnb for this vill and booked it. Absolute gem of a place. Spent 4 days there with wife and 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good clean rooms and comfy beds, out of this world bathrooms and shower area, beautiful pool and garden area and well maintained and functioning kitchen. Nyoman and Ketut are amazingly caring hosts - responsive and always ready to help. They served lovely breakfast too everyday. Totally worth staying in this beautiful oasis

Budi and Villa welcomed us in their home with open arms. The Airbnb has everything you need. Such a special experience to stay in a traditional Balinese house. We learned so much about the Balinese culture during our stay. Looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks.

La villa est aussi belle qu'en photo voire même d'avantage. l'endroit est tranquille et si paisible. la piscine orientée sud avait une vue magnifique et l'eau était chaude. l'hôte était très réactif, très aimable et flexible pour mon arrivée malgré les changements dûs à une excursion. l'endroit est vraiment à recommander.

Un logement merveilleux, très bien placé et au calme tout proche du centre d'Ubud sans le bruit ! la piscine est très belle, très propre, tous comme le logement. This Airbnb was the highlight of our Bali trip. From arrival, the staff—Manik, Panji, and Kadek Angga—offered warm, attentive service that never stopped. Each morning began with an incredible homemade breakfast and freshly pressed juice, and dinners (by request) felt like having a private chef—delicious, beautifully presented, and cleaned up after. We joked about needing a massage upon arrival, and within an hour, an incredible masseuse arrived for a private massage. The house was spotless, the bed made daily, the A/C was the best we had in Bali, and the tropical garden (with singing frogs!) felt magical. It wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience: peaceful, indulgent, and unforgettable. If this place is available, book it immediately. You won’t regret it! P.S. We named the neighborhood puppy, Rosara (black lab mix with gray/white tuft of hair on her neck/back) and are worried she might have worms. I would love updates when possible! Your place was extremely good and your hospitality even more better. I’ll definitely be coming back to Bali just to experience ubud and Balinese architecture and village life.

Es war ein wirklich wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Das Frühstück war gut und man konnte sich Getränke und Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen aber man kommt mit dem Roller überall sehr gut hin. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter!

Amazing stay here. I was a little bit worried at first because there is not many pictures of the place however it was amazing clean and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! I’ve stayed in many places in Bali and this is by far my absolute favorite. You get the entire top floor of a house that includes a spacious and comfy balcony, a beautiful bedroom and even a kitchen. All are super clean. I had to do some work while I was there and I was happy to have very fast WIFI and a big desk to work at. In the morning, Kadek, the lovely Property Manager serves an incredible breakfast of Banana Pancakes, local fruits like papaya, dragon fruit and mango. And, strong Balinese coffee. It was a little slice of heaven enjoying this breakfast on the balcony where I overlooked a very pretty garden and pool. In the evening, I enjoyed a gorgeous sunset from the rooftop patio and Kadek even gave me a yoga mat to do some stretching. I would give this place ten stars if I could. And I will absolutely book it again next time I am in Ubud. Thank you so much for everything! :-)

The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte était très accueillant, toujours avec le sourire et répondait très rapidement aux message. Le logement et l’extérieur répondaient complètement à nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et nous avions une kitchenette et de l’eau potable directement dans la chambre ce qui est un vrai plus. La localisation était top à proximité de très bons restaurants . Je recommande vivement.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato a dir poco perfetto! La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative, tutto super pulito e asciugamani che sanno di ammorbidente. La piscina molto pulita è la chicca della casa, un bel bagno per rinfrescarsi dopo il caldo della giornata è la conclusione perfetta per un soggiorno con i fiocchi. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa nonostante le migliaia di chilometri dall'Italia. Colazioni molto abbondanti e squisite! Che dire.. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!

Even though it is difficult to access by car on the last corner/alley (need to be extremely careful not to hit bamboo fence when turning left), everything else was perfect! Ibu Wayan is very friendly, proactive, and communicative. Room is spacious and clean. Kitchen amenities are complete. Simple breakfast is prepared right on your kitchen. Surrounding is serene. On the day you may see farmers working on the ricefield in front of the balcony. It is a good place if you want to have a peaceful retreat.

Это жилье было очень красивым и уютным! Именно здесь можно полностью погрузиться в атмосферу острова Бали. Жилье находится не далеко от центра Убуда, 10-15 минут на машине. Самые интересные водопады в 30 минутах езды, Активити парк где можно сделать красивые фото в 10 минутах езды. На самой вилле очень приятно просыпаться, персонал очень старался нам угодить во всем! Очень вкусные завтраки!

Staying here was like staying within a temple. The architecture, furnishings and overall ambience are extraordinary. The Homestay is in Sukawati, a 20 or 30 minute Grab ride from central Ubud. For us, staying in a quiet, authentic Indonesian neighborhood and homestay rather than jam-packed Ubud was a conscious decision. The breakfasts were varied, delicious and generous. The one dinner we had at the homestay was also excellent. Diani provided excellent recommendations on less touristed sites to visit. Lastly the hosts, especially Diani, were incredibly warm and gracious. Highly recommended.

The tree house was beautiful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifly decorated. The pet farm is a wonderful touch, specially with the kids. Feeding the goats, the chickens and the guinea pigs, so cute. Breakfast was really good, with a great variety of fruits, pancakes, eggs and of course delicious Balinese coffee. The pool is not too deep which makes it easier with kids or when you just want to relax. The best was really the staff, always nice and welcomy, and always making time to pay attention to that kids and answer all their questions.

Great place, just down the road from the downtown area. Beds are made every day. Great place!

Me and my family stayed at Putus place for 2 weeks. It was amazing, place itself is exactly like photos-green plants and calm and private/relaxing stay. Nearby street market is about 10 mins walk. with scooter city, resturants and spas are about 15 mins ride or in car. Putu and her family were so understanding and so helpful. Putu made sure I'm comfortable in the villa and cleaned the area whenever we requested. overall I highly recommend to those who is looking for calm and relaxing experience

We stayed two weeks in this absolutely stunning villa. Immediately when we arrived we knew that our stay is going to be peaceful. Endless views of the rice fields and unforgettable sunsets. We had the whole villa for ourselves so it was spacious. The location of this villa is further from the main (busy) street so you get the absolute privacy and plenty of silence and peace. The staff were sweet and helpful in all aspects. The room was a little bit smaller but manageable for people who are planning on discovering the Ubud area and what it has to offer. Overall a really amazing place to stay in Ubud, lived up to the expectations we had about living in the middle of rice fields.
