Apto tranquilo e central, próximo a 2 avenidas principais e à Igreja Medalha Milagrosa. Se destina apenas a mulheres vindo para estudar ou trabalhar. Aluguel mensal é possível. O anúncio é p/ apto compartilhado (moro aqui), c/ estadia em quarto privativo c/ cama de solteiro, guarda-roupas e sacada. É para hóspede que goste de gatos. O Morfeu dará as boas-vindas tb! 😻 É super amoroso e educado. O prédio não tem portaria. O check-in é até as 22h ou 22h 30min. Flexibilizamos se necessário.

Only 1 qto (2 bunk beds), 02 toilets separated from qto, huge balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, 1 adult swimming pool and 1 for children, large kitchen, service area. It allows you to receive visitors , barbecue, etc. Parties with more than 10 people or loud sound are not allowed (ambient sound is allowed until 22 h). Since the pool clears the swimming pool weekly (Monday and Tuesday or Tuesday and Wednesday) it may occur that, at its check in, it is dirty or with products for decanting .

Simple house with ample outdoor and indoor space, three bedrooms (one suite with a double bed and wardrobe), guest bathroom, living room and kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave (in addition to all utensils). The bedrooms have fans. In the outdoor space, we offer a swimming pool, shower, barbecue area with sink and counter, tables, chairs, stools and a garage for four cars. Sound after 10 p.m. is not allowed due to municipal laws, automotive is prohibited at any time.
