Outdoor spaces with large terrace/solarium, swimming pool, outdoor BBQ, well-equipped porch, back Andalusian patio and entrance with private parking. The interior consists of two bedrooms with three beds, two single beds and one large (with the possibility of two extra beds) , a living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with American bar and a bathroom with shower.

Family accommodation in the middle of nature ideal for resting, organizing routes and vacation tourism. Fully equipped with everything new including the kitchen. Located on a residential estate of almost three hectares of land with a communal swimming pool for adults and children. The house is located in a Mancha Real area at the foot of the Sierra Mágina fifteen minutes from Baeza and twenty-five minutes from Jaén. It has free parking with a double space.

It is a cozy place located a few meters from the emblematic Plaza Vázquez de Molina, a very quiet area. The house is decorated in a rustic style, with many beautiful details. It has a patio to enjoy a nice evening outdoors. You can load and unload at the door itself, and there are several parking areas very close to the house.
