Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forest and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Detached cottage in fantastic Täljö - With private sauna! The house has a kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds. Large wooden deck with morning sun and daytime sun. The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

You have nature right by the house and can embark on peaceful walks and excursions. By car you have a food life just a couple of minutes away with basics. If you want to make a bigger act, you have Rimbo about 10 minutes away. 50 minutes to Stockholm, about 30 minutes to Norrtälje and about 30 minutes to Uppsala. In other words, you have several places to visit if you so wish.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.
