It has two bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms, living room-kitchen & bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a sofa with a sliding single bed, only available for 5th guest. Fully equipped, perfect for families or groups of friends. The back garden offers relaxation, while in front spreads out endless views of the Saronic Gulf. Quiet location, direct access to the sea and all the comforts for carefree holidays.

It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.
