Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

"As in Roaske" ("Als een Roosje" in Frisian) is a cozy guest house/apartment with private entrance, located in a characteristic street of Burgum. The Waldhûske (built in 1918), in which we live, served as a butcher's shop at the time and has a completely renovated guest house at the back. Close to the center of Burgum and within walking distance of various eateries and shops in the heart of "De Fryske Wâlden" where water, nature and various cycling and walking routes come together.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The residence is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. It Roefke has recently been completely renovated and is located in the Alde Feanen National Park. Enjoy peace, comfort and nature in our attractively furnished apartment, located in the middle of De Alde Feanen National Park. From the apartment, you have direct access to the nature reserve: step outside and walk straight into the beautiful Frisian countryside. The apartment is opposite the skûtsjemuseum and within walking distance of the cozy village of Earnewâld.

Logement 105 is a centrally & quietly located comfortable 2-person guest house (50m2) in Burgum. You have plenty of privacy here. An excellent base for exploring the area on foot or by bike. Breakfast is not included. The city center is within walking distance and has 4 supermarkets and 2 bakeries. The cozy cities of Leeuwarden and Dokkum are 15 km away. Within half an hour, you can drive to Holwerd and Lauwersoog for the boat to Ameland and Schiermonnikoog.

(Safe for kids) The wood-burning hot tub can be booked for €90 for a weekend and €120 for a (mid) week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course the lovely sauna and hot tub!

Relax in this chalet right in the center of Veenwouden. Explore the beautiful Fryske Wâlden. This mobile home is ideal for hikers and/or cyclists. In Veenwouden, there are several eateries/shops. You can also use canoe rental from the nearest neighbor. And do you love fishing? This can also be done at the jetty by the water. In short, you will find everything here for a relaxing stay! The mobile home is located behind the house.

Characteristic is the ‘smûke’ scenery with thousands of miles of elzensingels, dykswâlen (wood ramparts) and hundreds of pingos and pools. The area has unique flora and fauna. The biodiversity here is great. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands.

In beautiful Friesland is this beautiful house with great views. The Serre is a holiday home behind our house with a nice bright room which borders the large garden. Our dog, chickens and ducks also live in this garden. Great nature reserves in this region invite for hiking and cycling. In addition, Leeuwarden and Dokkum are cozy cities nearby. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the house.
