Townhouse holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

The house is very comfortable. Fully corresponds to the description and photos. Not very comfortable shower, but if you are not tall then everything is ok. The place is very secluded and quiet. If you are by car, then you can reach the city and the supermarket without problems for 10 min. Massimo and Amanda are very hospitable and responsive, will always help with the placement and any of your problems. I recommend for travelers who looking for a quiet, private holiday, by car .

Chjara and Philippe are very friendly hosts. We've been in a little bubble all week. The place is very typical and peaceful. We recommend this Airbnb.

What a charming and special apartment! Right in the heart of the village, surrounded by historic buildings, galleries, restaurants, and of course the famous town fountain. Loved looking out my suite windows with view of lower village, beautiful countryside and glimpse of the sea. Perfect location. The fountain square busy by day with other travelers, quiet and serene at night. Exited my building and could walk all over village. Suite was very comfortable and well appointed, decorated with Florence’s artistic flair. Florence and her husband were wonderful and gracious hosts, who attended to my every need. Friendly, helpful, informative, kind. I couldn’t have been happier with my choice for the stay in St. Paul de Vance. I hope to return and would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation as advertised, very nice outdoor space, easy access to the center of Cannes on foot, good kitchen equipment, very responsive and friendly owner. To be aware that parking is on the surrounding streets according to available spaces, but you can leave the car and walk a lot (including access to the train station).

Sonia was always quick to respond and very helpful. She has local people who helped us out. We could not get the lock box opened at first and called Patrick who answered immediately but in that time my friend got the lock box open. We also had a problem finding the towels in the closet and Sonia sent someone right away to help us. The location is perfect! Please note that there is only one key if you are in a group who will it be coming and going at the same time. The key is left in the lockbox on the gate when you go out. The apartment is huge although we were always out so didn’t cook at home.

House spans over 3 levels, has plenty of room and is close to restaurants. We as a team really enjoyed our stay and the privacy of the different rooms in the house!

Tastefully renovated small village house. Marina was accommodating. Small touches appreciated. Delighted with your stay. I come back in a month.

thank you for the welcome the little touches from my small family and myself we found the comfort an ultra-clean cottage my children was very happy it allowed us to rest all while having fun and enjoying this magnificent pool will happily come back to the place we want to keep to ourselves but which deserves to be known. Beautiful location and great townhouse to stay at. Lots of amenities within walkable distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Just bear in mind that street noises (primarily cars driving by) can be heard, if that is something that bothers you. Not loud enough to wake us up once we fell asleep, but loud enough to be clearly heard throughout the house as it is right on the street.

We had a lovely stay at Joane and Thierry's. Functional house on one level with a pleasant well shaded terrace. Well-equipped accommodation, especially with baby equipment which is a real plus. Very well located a 10-minute walk from the city center of Hyères.

We spent Easter and the following week at Federica’s apartment with our family and had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet but still just a short walk to the village center. We were welcomed with a lovely gift of local products and a bottle of wine – a very nice touch. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which was better stocked than any we’ve seen before. The outdoor hot water shower was perfect after beach days, and there’s even a vacuum cleaner for sandy feet. The AC units weren’t working during our stay, so we couldn’t use them for heating. However, Federica reacted immediately – even on Easter Sunday – and brought extra blankets and a heater, which made us feel well taken care of. The mobile Wi-Fi router didn’t connect, but this didn’t affect our great overall experience. We can truly recommend this place!

Convenient location and the possibility of very useful parking. Hosts who are available, present, and attentive. The house has two outdoor areas and more rooms. The accommodation created is very functional and allows privacy, so magnificent for both family and friends. A three-minute walk from the beach on a private street so no chaos and traffic. Tip.

Doris and her family do everything to make you feel at home. If you are still hesitating where to stay, choose this place!! We were greeted with fruits and cake for us, advise where to go in the area and just overall a super friendly atmosphere. The place is extraordinarily clean and beautiful. Didn’t know it was possible but the terrace is even prettier in real life than on the photos! Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen made the whole stay perfect. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back soon.

Paco's townhouse was a perfect accommodation for us when we visited Pesaro for the first time as part of a train holiday to Italy. Functional, restful and very homely on three floors. Clean and tidy. We appreciated the house's patio. Paco's house is situated in a nice neighborhood with small shops with food, locally produced vegetables, meat and gelato as well as a bakery. Quiet and peaceful and birdsong outside the house, despite it being in the middle of town. Walking distance from the train station and very close to the historic center. Close walking distance to the sea. We can highly recommend staying at Pacos townhouse!

A very spacious, beautiful and quiet place in a well-kept environment. The kitchen is conveniently equipped. Everything you needed was available. The beds were comfortable. Very convenient was the available parking space. Unfortunately, there was no shower gel or shampoo even though this was stated. However, this has no influence on the review, but should only serve as information. Overall we had a very nice time and would definitely come again.

A very good stay in Mondello seaside resort 20 minutes by bus from the capital Palermo , beautiful sandy beach, the great accommodation and the little extra for families the playground in the garden , I recommend it! Very responsive and friendly Olga

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X
