BBHome is a charming apartment, composed of a little entrance hall, a quiet and intimate bedroom, a comfortable bathroom, a very bright kitchen, an useful utility room, a romantic and spacious living room, a large terrace with a breathtaking overwiew and a personal parking. Provided with all the comforts (oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, flat screen Tv, hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking) to make unforgettable your stay in the Amalfi Coast. Located in the private complex " Madonna Arch Park ", accessible by car from the 163 Amalfi Highway ( SS 163 ) after 1,5 km from Vietri sul Mare or by walking 40 steps from Marina di Vietri. BY CAR: from Vietri sul Mare, follow the signs to the "Amalfi Coast" and take the State Road 163 Amalfi (SS163) for about 1.5 km; on the left, the sea side, (after the Restaurant "La Voce del Mare", at the Restaurant Wine Bar "Fish" and the road mirror), take the dead end road Madonna dell'Arco till the end where there is the white gate access to"Madonna dell'Arco Park." Enter, go up on the left until the house D and park your car under covered porch, No 1 reserved. Note: The "Madonna dell'Arco" street is narrow, two-way, typical Amalfi Coast road, therefore, please notify if you have very large cars or difficulty driving uphill and/or downhill. You could alternatively park in Marina di Vietri and going home by walking through the up/down steps. In the latter case, prior agreements, I would bring you home by car to load/unload luggages. ON FOOT: from Vietri sul Mare, cross Matteotti Square and go down to Marina di Vietri following the downhill road in direction "Beaches/Stadium/Carabinieri". Right at the end of the steep road (passed the Carabinieri station) you will find a first footbridge right in front of you. Turn left and then right over the second bridge and keep going to the end of the road (on the right looking at the sea - Via Nuova Marina) where you will find a public parking space on payment. (Free public parking is on the downhill road Via Osvaldo Costabile). On the right, opposite the Lido " Il Risorgimento ", there is the staircase to " Madonna dell'Arco Park ", where you will find the white gate to BBHome. BY TRAIN: The nearest railway station is Vietri sul Mare (2.5kms away) served only by local/regional trains. The main Railways Station is Salerno (7 Kms away) served by high speed trains (booking required) as well as IC and regional trains. From Salerno to Vietri by train: Regional trains from Salerno to Vietri take roughly 7 minutes and run hourly (less frequently on Sundays or Holidays). BY BUS: Anyway, from Salerno, we recommend the SITA SUD buses to Amalfi instead (bus stop at Corso G. Garibaldi crossing via Barretta). Tickets can be purchased on the station concourse or the tobacconist shop at the corner of the station square. The buses run hourly and take around 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Please, ask the driver to stop at "Voce del Mare-Fish" stop (requested stop). Via Madonna dell'Arco is literally across the road from the stop. Walk down for roughly 500mt (after the church) and stop at the white gate for BBHome. From Vietri sul Mare Railways Station: walk down to the main square (Piazza Matteotti) and take the SITA SUD bus to Amalfi. Tickets must be purchased before boarding at the newsagent shop on Vietri's main street or at the ceramic shop D'Amico on Piazza Matteotti. The ride will take only a few minutes (1.5kms). Please ask the driver to stop at "Voce del Mare-Fish" stop (request stop). BY PLANE: The nearest airport is Naples. From there you can take the shuttle bus (called Alibus) to the main railway station (Napoli Centrale). Tickets can be purchased on the bus. From Naples station trains run frequently to Salerno. From Salerno Railways Station take the SITA SUD buses to Amalfi (as before). BY TAXI: taxis can be found outside Salerno Railways Station (about 20 euro one way). Please, note that there are no taxis outside Vietri Railways Station. TRANSFERS: From Naples Capodichino Airport you can arrange a private transfer ( extra service ). We can also arrange a pick-up or a taxi from Salerno or Vietri sul Mare Railways Stations on request (extra service). The panoramic terrace, the reserved parking space, the access to the sea on foot and the connection to the Amalfi Coast road by private car or public transport will make your stay intimate, independent, relaxing and comfortable. It is located in the ZTL, the car can be parked in the public parking lots P6 P7 P8, perimeter to the center of the village in the upper part and within walking distance from the accommodation. For trips further afield, there is an urban public transport line called "Pollicino" that connects the historic center to the newer part of the town. Montepulciano can be reached by car from the A1 Val di Chiana and A1 Chiusi-Chianciano Terme motorway exits (Parking near home no. 6-7-8), by train from Chiusi Chianciano Terme station, by bus from Siena, Rome and Florence. While staying, you may hear music from the nearby Montepulciano Music Institute, violins, pianos, trumpets and beautiful singing could be the background of your stay, but should not cause disturbance.
