Loft holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

We had a great time in Francesco's loft. The accommodation is functional, very pleasant with its skylight canopy, and very well decorated. It is conveniently located in a lively area, filled with restaurants and bars, ideal for the evening. Francesco is very responsive and flexible, we were able to drop off our suitcases before the scheduled arrival time, and also leave them a little longer on the day of our departure. For all these reasons, I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Marisa’s accommodation! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having access to the small garden,it was a lovely spot to relax with a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very well connected to central Rome with easy access to public transport. Marisa was a wonderful host,super friendly and helpful. She took the time to meet us in person, showed us around the place, and gave us plenty of useful tips about public transport, local restaurants, shops, and food spots. Her warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

The accommodation is in perfect location if you need a place for resting in a local and quiet area, yet close to the center to explore this amazing city. The location was easy to find, and the owner Sara were waiting for us on arrival, letting us know every details about the apartment and surroundings. The apartment was stylish, clean, had everything what we needed during our stay. There are really nice restaurants and shops nearby. Communication was really easy with Sara, I would highly recommend her superb accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place! We didn't miss anything, and Antonio was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated, just like in the pictures. The location is super central so we could easily walk to everything – perfect to enjoy Napoli to the fullest! Thank you, Antonio, for your hospitality and for this great experience. Great little flat near the Colosseum! It was perfect for 2 people- good location for exploring all the sites and has all you need for a few nights in Rome. The hosts were very accommodating and even arranged early check in at 10am which was extremely helpful. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back! The location was right on the main shopping street but in a private location that felt safe and comfortable. Gorgeous surroundings and adorable lofted unit. After day trips to different coastal towns, we always looked forward to coming back.

Fantastic apartment near the Spanish Steps. Great location -- outside the madness of the main tourist areas but close enough that I walked to everything but Olympic Stadium for a soccer match & the Vatican Museums. Took the subway / light rail to both. Grocery markets, sandwich shops and tons of restaurants nearby. The two standout qualities of the apartment are the art (fantastic place for an art enthusiast!) and the epic rooftop deck (truly magical, especially with the lights at night). The place is spotlessly clean and offers literally every amenity I could want in a month-long stay. Daria's both super nice and incredibly helpful. Couldn't ask for a better Airbnb. Hope I can return!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Florence! It was full of charm, spacious, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of classic Florentine character and modern comfort. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, especially for a group. The beds and linens were clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of Florence, close to everything. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the best of the city!

Everything was great! Very friendly host, clear instructions, flexible check in and check out time. The apartment is in the middle of the old town with lots of restaurants around, and still quiet at night. Happy to come back in the future!

Can’t say enough great things about Fede as a host. I told her I was coming to Rome to experience the city like a local with my family and she provided several itineraries. She and her husband were proactive and super responsive. They checked in days leading up to our arrival and throughout. Next time we’re in Rome- we will be staying there. No doubt! Thank you!

Very interesting accommodation to see Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to move on foot in the city). The apartment is well set up and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the locals (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

My fiancée and I were very satisfied with Margareth's hospitality, the loft is really a delight. Scarlino is perfect for those who love historic villages, well served, and you can reach the best beaches in the area with ease.

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

we stayed 2 nights, cozy cottage with all the comforts described, Mr. Gianni and his wife are exquisite, kind and cordial people, they also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delightful porch from which to admire the view. Super recommended loft, we will definitely be back!
