The cabin contains a hallway, a storage room with drying facilities, four bedrooms, a bright and airy living room with an open kitchen solution and a dining room. Large loft with walking height! Panoramic views of Savalsjøen, Gråvola and Rødalshøa. The cabin has a large patio and plot, as well as a detached new sauna.

The family cabin «Lattermild» has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located in a free area, little insight, has good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and cycling. Savalsjøen is excellent for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Cross-country skiing right outside the cabin. 5 min by car to alpine facilities, ice rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has a road barrier; NOK 80 to drive in, pay via app.

The cabin is also a good starting point for great days on the lake for those interested in fishing, summer and winter.

Kjempefin hytte i Folldal, med sol hele dagen og utsikt til Rondane. Hytta ligger fint til i hyttefeltet ved den nedlagte gruva, og har sengeplass til 6-7stk , med to soverom og to hemser. Det er bilvei helt frem, og parkeringsplass til to biler ved hytteveggen. Hytta har innlagt vann og strøm, oppvaskmaskin og badstu. Alt man trenger for en fin og avslappende hyttetur, med andre ord! Det er mange fine turløyper og langrennsløyper rett bak hytta, og skibakke en halvtimes kjøretur unna.

Hytta ligger usjenert til og har romslige uteområder, – ideelt for å nyte stillheten, utsikten og den friske fjellufta.
