Tucked away in the heart of Preston village, Stanley cottage is detached and set out on one level. Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.
