Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

The sandy Cullercoats Bay is 3 min walk away with watersports hire an option. Cullercoats is a delightful seaside village with independent coffee shops/eateries. It is perfectly located for day-trips to surrounding beauty. FYI the rear outdoor yard does not receive sunlight so is not pretty to relax in!

Bus links in walking distance. Ideal for enjoying the North East events/arts/glass collecting/swim on Seaham beach.

A quiet cosy cottage, hidden just steps away from Tynemouth’s famous Longsands and King Edwards Beaches. Favourites with local surfers and cold water swimmers. Longsands Hideaway offers a little pocket of peace amongst all the action. A 5-minute stroll from Tynemouth Front Streets array of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and the weekend Flea Market at the Victorian Station. A perfect location for a UK beach holiday or a base to explore the North East with great transport links.
