All household amenities including coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO Max, spacious refrigerator, oven, etc. Ideal especially for couples - a quality comfortable double bed in the bedroom. Sights, theaters, restaurants, sports grounds, university, museums, galleries, entertainment-all within walking distance of a few minutes. Lamella grids, mattresses, and memory foam pillows are commonplace. :-)

A simple container apartment with a passive house structure is offered as a double luxury apartment with accessories. The apartment consists of a room with a kitchenette and a room with a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Relax apartment also has a large bioclimatic terrace with a seating area and a grill. The apartment is located in an extensive area full of greenery, where you can also use the pool in the summer months. There is also a room in the central part where you can use a washer or dryer.

My place is conveniently close to family-friendly activities, mountains, ski resorts, outdoor swimming, restaurants, and much more. Some attractions are within walking distance, while others are just a few minutes' drive away. You’ll love my place for its stunning views, peaceful location, cozy ambiance, and private wellness area.
