The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

Holly Cottage Garden Carriage House is in Tyler’s distinguished and charming Charnwood/Azalea Historic District of Tyler located just blocks from so many great Tyler attractions. These are wonderfully convenient accomodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites. By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

Phillips Street Loft

Phillips Street Loft is a fully renovated Carriage house with original wood floors and 1921 large porcelain bath tub (no shower but has a sprayer). It is upstairs with a lovely view of the church and flower gardens. It is nestled in the Brick Street Village next door to Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and within walking distance is a bakery, coffee Shop and other shops. A Book Nook is downstairs for your reading pleasure and guests are invited to sit on the rock patio for quiet time.

Entire Cozy Cottage, Historical Azalea District

Welcome to our humble cottage, built in 1946 and lovingly restored, retaining many of the original details. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of the old live oak trees in the front and the huge pecan tree in the back. We have recently rejuvenated the kitchen and bathroom and our guests ❤️the results. We love clean. We are proud of our 133 consistent 5 star ratings for cleanliness!
