R Purple Bunkhouse" is an original part of Twin Falls, Idaho history. Twin Falls was founded in the early 1900's. Our home was the first residential home within the early South Park Ranch property. Ranch cows had roamed this area south of the Rock Creek Canyon. The ranch hands worked and lived in these bunkhouses. We have two Bunk houses on our property which make for a unique experience. We live upstairs and have small children. We play and laugh and cry and dance up here, but we provide a noise machine for you :) Please read property details. This stylish new master suite was just completed in our new custom home. It has a built in kitchenette, one large king sized pillow top mattress/bed, a twin air mattress, futon couch/bed, and a large separate bathroom. It does have a small table with 2 chairs for eating/remote work. YouTubeTV, and Amazon Prime TV provided. Luxury room with exclusive entrance located in a quiet and private area but close to Twin Falls, Hwy 84, Shoshone Falls, and Perrine Bridge!

Cozy Cottage in Twin Falls

The cozy cottage is just that. Plus it was a perfect spot for my playful labrador retriever. The yard is completely fenced and big enough for a game of fetch. The kitchen was well equipped and had some nice extras like coffee and a pitcher of ice cold filtered water in the fridge. Stacy and Don are great hosts. Highly recommended.

We loved that the Snake River Canyon Rim Trail was right behind us for morning walks and Perrine Coulee Falls (trail to get behind the falls) and the Perrine bridge were right there. Breakfast at Black Bear Diner was walkable and dinner at Redhawk Gastropub, Elevation 486 and Pizza Pie Cafe all walkable for dinner. It's an apartment complex so a nice hot tub, pool and fire pit were great to relax after the hikes. The bed was super comfy to crash in at the end of the day!

Clean, Safe & Peaceful. Thanks to this beautifully equipped and clean residence, I was able to enjoy 3 restful weeks visiting family. The unit was clean and had everything that I needed. And if I did need something, all major amenities were just a few away. The location is about 2 miles from “the bridge” into Twin Falls and is in a quiet small neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. I definitely hope to be back again!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! We were a little hesitant when some of the other reviews mentioned concerns about the neighborhood, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. I guess I can understand those comments, but it's really a non-issue. The apartment is located on the Main Street/Business District with lots of great little shops and restaurants. But the apartment is located about 3 blocks past where the cute, trendy area ends. However, nearly every storefront between the apartment and the business district is currently (as of May 2025) being revamped and refurbished. I have no doubt that by the time we visit again, there will be all new shops and stores all along the street. We walked all up and down Main Street and never once felt unsafe. It is a great location and very walkable.
