A cabin without electricity gives you the opportunity to be present in the here and now. A separate summer kitchen on a cliff with breathtaking views. Gas stove and grill available. Carried water. There is a single bed in the shed. The sauna room has a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. You also have a rowboat and a paddleboard at your disposal. The hot tub can be heated for a separate fee. There is a campfire area on the beach. This property has a lot of stairs and is not suitable for families with children.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Pihlaja-aho alpaca trips

Creaking wooden floors, wood-heated fireplaces and sturdy log walls. In the over 100-year-old Pihlaja-aho cottage, you might think you've fallen into the middle of a scene from a Suomi-Film movie. So if you're looking for an old-fashioned rustic atmosphere, you've come to the right place. Pihlaja-aho's cabin is the only place in Finland where you can spend a unique alpaca holiday. The 1.3 ha of natural meadows of the croft are grazed by three nice alpaca boys, whose easy care you are responsible for independently and according to your own schedule.

This traditional log cabin offers a peaceful hideaway right on the lake shore. Hand-carved from thick logs, the cottage exudes peace. The cottage has a high living room, a reserved fireplace, a kitchen, a spacious wood-burning sauna with benches and a shower, a dressing room, a toilet, a sleeping loft and a bedroom, a covered porch and a separate sauna for post-sauna cooling. In summer, the special feature of the place is the ringing of the cowbell in the adjacent, fenced forest pasture when a small herd arrives at the beach to drink.

The other side of the semi-detached house, completely renovated, apartment size 50 square meters, as well as a wood-heated sauna. The customer has access to a large terrace and an outdoor grill The apartment is located along road no. 5. From there, it is about 6 km to the destination. (at the JARI-PEKKA service station). Distances: Varkaus 20 km, Kuopio 90 km, Mikkeli 85 km, Savonlinna 90 km Bicycles and helmets are available if needed. Swimming beach 3 km The apartment's kitchen has the basic cooking utensils.

Taiga Kallioranta – cabin and beach sauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open all year round, in the quiet of Vääräjärvi, between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful getaway for couples, remote work or a creative break. Here, there is no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you are surrounded by pine trees, a lake and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The evening is topped off with a sauna just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature.
