2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here, the S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes and the train once/h, which is in Munich main station in 20 minutes. But the apartment itself is also impressive: it is flooded with light and offers enough space for a pleasant living experience. It is modern and has real oak wood parquet. It has two balconies and a terrace with furniture for relaxing and enjoying the lake view. Towels and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

It is ideally located just outside Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

Ihr lauft nur einmal um die Kapelle (siehe Foto) und seid direkt dort. Es gibt ein 180x200cm Bett, ein Schlafsofa von 140x200cm und ein weiteres Schlafsofa von 130x200cm
