Monthly Rentals in Tuscarawas County

This was our third stay at Mary Ann's place, and we plan to keep returning. It's like a second home to us. As always, the space was super clean, welcoming and comfortable. We arrived at the perfect time to enjoy Fall foliage, and the tree across the road was brilliantly colored. We always enjoy walking to the nearby farm market and grabbing some delicious pizza at Park St Pizza. Mary Ann is always very responsive and kind. Thank you for opening your suite to us once again!

Harmony and Jesse were quick to respond and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, as we have family in town and visit often. The space was just as described, looked identical to the pics and was super cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked beautifully and the front porch was a nice touch. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Great stay! The house reminded us of a real-life Clue game with “secret” passages that connected each room. They did an amazing job of modernizing things enough to be functional, while still honoring the historic nature of the house. Breakfast and fresh fruit was such a nice touch and we are so grateful!

This is a beautiful, peaceful place, easy to find off the interstate and very comfortable. It was a great place to overnight on a road trip, very good value compared to a hotel, and such a slice of local history. We are hoping to be back for a longer stay!
