Monthly Rentals in Turtle Beach

This stylish condo IS stylish ! And very comfortable, clean, pleasant, and spacious. We especially enjoyed all the natural light, comfortable furniture, beds, and linens. The decor is very pretty and pleasing. There is a lovely spacious balcony Florida room / lanai which we didn’t use - guess it being January with some cooler weather. Also didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and inviting. Did enjoy driving to nearby beaches for walks, also walked many times to Red Bug Slough park only 1/2 mile away. The condo is very quiet and we felt safe at all times. Had a couple minor plumbing issues which Jessica resolved immediately. Kitchen is well equipped for eating at home. We loved our stay - enjoying a break from northern winter and highly recommend this condo to anyone.

This was my second time staying at Mattie’s cottage. I’m sure I’ll stay here again. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The cottage is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and my favorite the bike trail. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Pristine place, great location and plenty of privacy. The pool was not heavily used, most days we had it to ourselves. Many beautiful beaches within an easy drive, one within walking distance and one easily accessible by kayak/SUP, which was our favorite. So nice to have a place with so many amenities. Have never had such a well stocked AirB&B. Everything was provided for the kitchen and bathroom, and so many extras. And EVERYTHING you need for a trip to the beach, right down to the sunscreen. If you are flying into Florida, this is the place to stay. You will only need to bring a carry on with minimal supplies because everything else is right there for you!

great place to stay...room was clean, very short walk to the beach, many items in the room available to use (numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, life jackets, ect) would definitely stay again!
