You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. Our 1+1 apartments are new and spacious. Inside the apartments, there is a TV, washing machine, air conditioning,refrigerator, coffee maker,and all kitchen utensils. In terms of location, it is 5_10 minutes by car to many bays and has a very large balcony and garden. There can be a barbecue and samovar in our garden. It provides a very comfortable stay for families with children. It provides great peace with a view of the mountain. We look forward to a holiday surrounded by pristine nature

Guest Lodge

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from 15 June to 1 October.

Our house is 1 km away from the village center and the sea There are village markets, chain markets, patisserie, restaurants, coffee houses and a pharmacy in the center. The Kizilyer coast is 1 km away, there are restaurants with family businesses and a menu consisting of seafood. The Cumhuriyet(Saranda) coast is 4 km away and there are most family-run restaurants there. We have our own boat on a daily tour on the Kizilyer coast.

In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

4 Houses, located just above the marina, one bedroom and one saloon with balcony. It consists of a seafront, scenic, central and well-furnished house. This house is located on the first floor of our building. There is a 160X200 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is a spacious furnished house with an American kitchen, a large balcony and a sea view.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
