This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

The one-bedroom guesthouse, 20 metres from the family home on the same grounds, is suitable for an individual or couple and contains all modern conveniences; washer-dryer, large fridge, oven, smart TV, electrical heating, comfortable living area and electric shower.

The apartment is in a quiet location, and on our land we have about 20 sheep & lambs from April on. Shanakeever Farm offers the perfect base to reach all local attractions for eg: Kylemore Abbey & National Park and a 4 minute drive to Clifden town with Restaurants, Boutiques, Supermarkets and Pubs.

It is a perfect retreat for Couples and Solo Travellers especially, and a complimentary home cooked meal will be included at no extra cost for all those single guests travelling alone, if they wish.

It also has a fully fitted kitchen/living/dining area with all the mod cons and free wifi and parking outside. It is a quiet and comfortable apartment. To access our apartment you have to walk the outside staircase at the back of our building.
