It’s a very nice apartment in a historical building in the centre of Rottenburg.

The accommodation is great if you are cycling along the Rhine or Lake Constance. It was very well maintained and clean and it had everything you need for cooking. When the salt ran out, Nancy helped out in a flash : ) There was a separate seat with its own table and chairs outside, we were there for ourselves. However, it would be very cramped in the apartment for four, so I would rather go as a couple. The village is small and quiet, the lake section very beautiful. It has something like three restaurants on the lake. We were particularly impressed by the campsite's bistro. There is no train, so I would definitely recommend coming by bike.

A very nice place to feel good. We lacked nothing. The hostess rounds off this impression very well with her hospitable manner. We had our bikes with us, for which there is even a separate and lockable shed. A private parking space for the car is also available. All in all, we had a great week at Sabine's. And if we go to Lake Constance again, we'd love to stay with Sabine again. We definitely recommend it.

It was a very clean, bright apartment, with everything that was needed for a couple of days stay and of very good quality! Thanks for coffee and Tea, Markus ! The walk to the maim attraction of Ulm is very nice by the Danube and through the park! Definitely worth to book this apartment!

Very nice accommodation. My technicians was happy they can stay in your apartment. House very clean, and comfortable. Friendly host and very hopeful. Unfortunately we can't stay longer but for sure if we have that opportunity I'll will keep your flat for next 2 months :) ! All he best for you and see you next time :) ! Jasmin and Reda with the two sweet children are a very nice host family who live under the apartment and make sure that the guests can sleep in We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished apartment There was also no shortage of organic tea and coffee, as well as good soap products. The lake is within walking distance and there is good access for SUPs. All in all, we can really recommend the apartment

We had a great time at Stefan‘s unit. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to get into holiday mode as soon as you get there incl basic supplies, 2 well maintained bikes, and kayaks with lifejackets ready to go. It’s about a 300 m walk to a (pebble) beach area that’s about as laid back and private as it gets on the lake. A large woodland area stretches from the doorstep all the way to Meersburg. There is a baker, a well stocked C store, and a fair range of hospitality businesses in the centre of Unteruhldingen about 20 minutes‘ walk away. This meant we hardly felt the need to go anywhere else at all. Particularly recommend Hotel Seehof and the gelateria next to the Minigolf. Even spectacular Birnau church is within reach of a leisurely 6 km walk. Thank you Stefan for all the care that has gone into making us feel right at home at this awesome place.

We were very happy with our stay, everything was lovely and the hosts went above and beyond to make it a nice stay. Perfect for a small family and great location.

It was a few wonderful days in the accommodation! There were 9 of us and we felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the roof terrace and the large kitchen. Unfortunately, the grill did not work properly, but otherwise everything was great. It wasn't super cheap, but the area isn't cheap either. Many thanks to the hosts!

We stayed with our two dogs for 2 weeks at Karlheinz's in this beautiful house. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it is really beautiful and well equipped. As a welcome, there was a super delicious homemade bread, thank you again. Our dogs also felt very comfortable, the large garden is completely fenced, so they could run freely. We will be happy to come back. 😊

The most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. So peaceful and stunning views.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet, well-maintained residential area. I spent an extended weekend there and felt very comfortable. The penthouse can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, generously sized and yet very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and the furniture is absolutely as good as new. Above all, the furnishings of the modern built-in kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the house rules, you will find plenty of insider tips for a pleasant stay in the region. I will be happy to come back!

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Easy walk to the train station, a great restaurant and a lakeside-Biergarten nearby. Will plan to book again!

There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. For example, Edeka/DM can be reached on foot. The location is 1a, directly on the Seerhein, a bus stop is directly in front of the door. Alternatively, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Martina's place in Ulm is absolutely great! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shops around and many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and grocery shops. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Danube where you can walk for hours on end. We also worked from the apartment with 2 laptops and the wifi is great. The apartment itself is super clean and spotless, it has got everything you need and more. Martina has really put thought into having guests staying in the apartment, so many things had a really nice touch to them. Martina is a great host, she is super friendly and always available and gives helpful tips. I can highly recommend Martina and her apartment if you stay in Ulm, I will be very happy to stay again!

We had a great week at Christian and Larissa's apartment! It is very comfortable, bright, very clean, modern, in a quiet area and very well located for hiking or visiting pretty towns (Lindau, Wangen...) within a 30 to 40 min. radius. The center of Isny is just 10 minutes by car! We enjoyed the bedding, the coffee machine, the drinks in the fridge on arrival, the washing machine in the basement. It's just missing a few more cooking utensils. We loved the area and this beautiful apartment, and we hope to come back!

Very nice apartment, super clean, tastefully furnished, thought of everything, for several people there were different colored towels, sofa bed for an adult well possible, kitchen, top equipped including dishwasher and water -soda maker, even such special features as picnic blanket air mattress available. Location directly on the lake very nice, street in fact loud, but you do not hear it in the apartment at all. Bathing place nice, on foot to the village 10 minutes, there very nice beach and restaurant. Check in and out without any problems, we were even allowed to stay a few hours longer.
