This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We had such an amazing time at this villa! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was the perfect spot to cool off and relax during the day. We also really enjoyed the videoke setup; it was such a hit, especially since almost everyone in our group loves to sing. It added so much fun to our evenings! The villa had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back for another stay!

Booked this place for our guests attending a seminar here in Baguio. Booking: quick and easy, host was responsive. Was able to book the day before our guests will arrive. Place was ready for early check-in even though our guests had a late check-in. Check-in/Check-out: keypad lock made this process very convenient. Our guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay despite their busy schedule. Will definitely book again.

Booked this place for my birthday weekend with family. Place was very spacious for 3 families, ample parking and very easy to find. All essentials are provided AND they even helped us to book a tee time in BCC. Overall, we had a good experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

The place is very spacious, had no problem accommodating our group of 15 people. Ledz is very responsive host, and the staffs are topnotch, very polite & respectful. Would definitely recommend to others who want to have a quite yet scenic place to stay. The pinned location can be improved though, to exactly locate the property. Overall, it was a great staycation!

We had a perfect short vacation, thanks to Zeusys! I personally needed this rest and i was soo happy I chose this place! Truly exceeded our expectations. When you need some peace and comfort, a cozy and homey vibe with a relaxing seascape, this place is it! Everything was perfect - the very responsive and generous host, the hospitable and helpful staff, clean large pool, beautiful shoreline and soft sand at the beach, very comfy bedrooms, airconditioned living and dining room (at the main house), and my favorite — the fully equipped kitchen! Like literally everything you need, meron sila! Ang babait ng staff! Very thankful for Ms Rose for her help preparing some of our food. Ang sarap ng mga luto nia! Ms Banessa naman was so helpful and kind. Lastly, very grateful for Ms Rochelle - she was so responsive, thoughtful and very accommodating. Really big thank you, Ms Rochelle. Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

Worth every penny! Me and my family loved staying here, neat, smells good, and we loved that Ate Roanne and Kuya are always there to assist us but give us privacy. We felt safe while having fun and relaxing! Totally recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at this beach resort for a family reunion, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is a nice feature, and the host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. However, a few things could be improved. While the resort is beachfront, the sand isn’t white and the seawater isn’t very clear, so we ended up spending more time at the pool. Also, the check-in and check-out time only gave us 21 hours at the property, which felt too short—especially since it had been a long time since I was reunited with my siblings. Unfortunately, we couldn’t extend our stay as the room was already booked for the next guest. The cleaners were also quite eager to start preparing the rooms, so we had to move our things to the pavilion while we were still packing up. Despite these issues, we still appreciated the clean space and friendly service. With a bit more flexibility in scheduling, this could
