Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Quite,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

Εχει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενα μπανιο και μια κουζίνα με καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Das Haus Prasino ist das mittlere Haus einer neuen Anlage bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses Steinhaus liegt absolut ruhig, nahe des Ortes Poulithra und ist frei von jeglichem Durchgangsverkehr. Vom Haus aus erreicht man den wunderschönen Strand der St. George Bucht in nur 60 Metern zu Fuss. Alle Häuser liegen in einer Parkanlage mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist von überall her spektakulär.
