There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km

Parking is on the street. The property is located 50m down a footpath with steps from where you will be parking. Please note it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The property has one air conditioning unit in the upstairs living room. The WiFi speed is good.

Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μπάνιο, 1 επιπλέον wc στο ένα από τα δωμάτια, κουζίνα με τα απαραίτητα σκεύη και σαλονοτραπεζαρία. Απίθανη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, 100μ από εστιατόρια, μίνι μάρκετ και κρεοπωλείο. Το σπιτι βρισκεται μεσα στο πρασινο, η περιοχη προσφερεται για περιπατους και αποδρασεις στη φυση.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και θα είστε εντελώς αυτόνομοι. Με πριβέ μπαλκονάκι για να χαλαρώσετε και τζάκι, βεράντα και αυλή με θέα στο βουνό και στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε ένα από τα πιο γραφικά χωριά του Πηλίου, στον Κισσό. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα σαλόνι με καναπέ και πολυθρόνα που γίνονται κρεβάτι. Υπάρχουν δύο ντουλάπες και φυσικά κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Δυνατότητα για πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέξω. No wifi!

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
