Gwennie's Getaway

This space is in the lower level of our home. Your private entrance is on the backside of the house. Outdoor stairs will take you to lower level. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Tryon. The neighborhood is quiet and has a calming effect. You will be surrounded by nature. We are about 45 minutes to Greenville; 30 minutes to Hendersonville and 1 hour to Asheville. Attractions in the area include several vineyards; Tryon International Equestrian Center; FENCE & Harmon Field to name a few.

Welcome to LuckyUs farm! Great location four miles from TIEC, sightseeing, waterfall hikes, antiquing, shopping or just being lazy. Property is fenced and gated. There is parking. Fully appointed kitchen, washer dryer, separate bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the porch with views out to horse pastures and sunrise. There is an bunkhouse with a queen bed, no bath which is a separate building next to the carport. Massage chair in bunkhouse. 50 $ pet fee.

Horse Haven - 1 Bedroom Loft 8 Miles to TIEC

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.

Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Dog friendly.
