The house was very cozy and welcoming. It had everything you needed. Richard and his family were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. I'd love to come back.

The place was very nice. The cottage is part of a recreational area, you can't see it from the photos, but it doesn't matter. The cottage is relatively close to the road, but the noise is not heard at all. The rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable. Generous living space with kitchen. I recommend

Overall, we were very satisfied, the space matches the photos, and the garden with the pool was perfect. The space inside was clean and everything was neat and tidy. Communication was also great. Highly recommend to everyone

Wonderful house! Very large. We stayed there for 14 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is great for walking. Very close to ski resorts. Big garden to play in the snow. Highly recommend!!!

We loved the place,great communication with the host, the cottage was fully equipped.

It was a wonderful holiday. Just nature all around us. Forest, stream, meadow and pond with swimming facilities. A great secluded location to relax and feel the connection with nature again. Also a great explorer's paradise for our children. Cooking with gas stove, kitchen stove and campfire also worked great. Thank you very much

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Everything was great, great accommodation, nice contact, only unfortunately the water from the bathtub was not fresh and unfortunately the sauna lacked light. That's a bit of a disadvantage in the evening.

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Kristina is really a super host. She was always available - whether before, during or after our stay at Vila Lumina. Funny and friendly. Too bad we couldn't get to know them in person. But her nice mother was there, who showed us the whole accommodation and was also on site early on the day of departure. The holiday home is very nicely furnished and fully corresponded to the description and the photos. I can only recommend it. You have short distances to the hot spots in the Giant Mountains, to the restaurants in the village and the ice cream in the café two houses down is simply delicious. Thank you again Mirko & Friends

I recommend this excellent remote spot located a few minutes outside of Lázně Bělohrad (absolutely lovely town). lots of greenery, quiet, forest nearby with great hiking routes. The tiny house is comfortable and well-equipped for a couple days. smooth communication.

Nice house, very quiet location on a bungalow park. Ski slopes are easy to drive to, as are the village of Vrschlabi for groceries. House was easy to heat up for electric heaters or otherwise with the wood stove. Had a nice time

We had a great stay. The place was clean and exactly as described. Everything needed was in the kitchen. Showering in the middle of the forest was a great experience. There are herbs all over the property and you can make an excellent mint tea. The private parking directly above the property was great. We definitely recommend the accommodation! 👍 3 important notes for others: You can't roast there – it is forbidden to make an open fire. There is a big road under the land, so it is not completely quiet. Watch out for ticks, there are really a lot of them in the garden, we took about 20 off our dog.

Chata Maršovka perfectly met our expectations. Accommodation for 9 adults and 6 children was absolutely no problem. The social room with a children's corner and lots of games was also great, where everyone had a good time. The location of the cottage itself was ideal for trips, we would love to come back in the future.
