Unser Apartment ist absolut zentral zur Innenstadt gelegen. In nur 7 Gehminuten am malerischen Stadtbach entlang der historischen Stadtmauer sind Sie am Marktplatz. Der Park des ehemaligen Landesgartenschaugeländes ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Supermarkt, Metzgerei und alle anderen Geschäftes sind in laufnähe. Der Parkplatz ist in ca. 100 m Entfernung und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Check in über Schlüsselbox selbstständig 24 Stunden möglich. Ich wohne direkt nebenan.

Our 52 sqm apartment is located between the city center/train station and Memmingen Airport. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in 2021. It offers a spacious kitchen-living room, a large bathroom and separate bedrooms. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, bus stop,... in the immediate vicinity. Downtown and airport are within a 25-minute walk. Park & Fly is right next door Pets allowed :) Free parking during the stay

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unsere Gäste erwartet eine exklusive, hochwertig ausgestattete, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.

In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

Grill something delicious on the sun deck or have food delivered directly from the pub to your tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday from 5 pm.
