Beautiful spacious studio apartment overlooking Plaza Mayor in Plasencia. Martin was easy to communicate with, prompt to reply and address any questions. My flight and train were delayed, and when I arrived late at night the directions provided for contactless check in were easy to follow, and I accessed the apartment without issue. Would definitely stay again!

Ana's place was very cozy, we had a nice and comfortable stay. When you arrive, you get a spectacular scent. The place is centrally located, quiet, easily accessible, and close to restaurants and bus stops. Ana is very kind, she was aware of our inquiries and left us some delicious snacks to enjoy our arrival at the apartment. My wife and I loved it. Thank you very much Ana!

This apartment was one of the biggest and cleanest/most modern we stayed at in our trip. It’s a proper two bedroom, with a large living room and comfy sofa as well. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the twin beds also were very good. The bathroom and kitchen were both nice too. Be careful with the coffee maker as it doesn’t automatically stop. The keypad on the door was a little finicky, so we had to try it four times to get it, but it eventually worked just fine (you just have to press buttons very slowly and deliberately). The location is perfectly fine for what it is (in a random somewhat industrial part of Plasencia and not in the heart of the old city), and honestly it made parking nearby on the street and loading/unloading much easier. Would stay here again!

We were a group of 9 friends for a weekend. Check-in and check-out were flexible, adapting to us at all times, and contact with the landlady was easy. The house is nicer than what is shown in the photos, we were able to enjoy the barbecue and the pool. Large rooms and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Very good place to stay for a few days with friends and family. Paqui's care, excellent, always attentive to everything. The town is very peaceful and the people are very welcoming. The clean home, and Paqui, makes you feel at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The house is great, very spacious rooms, it made a splendid day and we took advantage of the porch, the patio. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We will be back!!!

Esther's property is extremely welcoming and cute. It felt like arriving in our holiday home away from home. Extremely tidy, super equipped (kitchen with olive oil, herbal tea, salt, spices etc etc) and a nice environment to spend time in. We decided to travel to Candeleda to switch off from the business of the city life and this house was the perfect place to stay. There is not much in the surroundings but the pueblo is really cute and there are many trekking options around to do during the day.

It is very noticeable when a person is careful, perfectionist and detailed and Antonio is one of them, the beautiful apartment, very clean. And emphasize the ability to fix problems effectively and super quickly that Antonio has. The village is very quiet, the bars are great and the town you have places to see. Highly recommended

We stayed for one night and were able to book the apartment very spontaneously (one day in advance). The check-in was wonderfully easy, well described. Two water bottles were ready - a very nice gesture. Bed linen and towels were provided despite the short stay - a nice relief! Everything was clean and tidy. The pool could be used and was a lot of fun for the children and adults (just the thing after a long drive in the Portuguese-Spanish heat...). It is a small, very functional accommodation that could be furnished a little more homely with little effort. The missing window in the small room is a shame, but structurally it cannot be changed. Unfortunately, the bunk bed squeaked. Despite these small criticisms, we would come back (in good weather, otherwise it will be too crowded) at any time for 2-3 nights. There were five of us: 2 adults, 3 children

The accommodation complies with the description. The only one that would put it would be the number of stairs there, a little narrow, until you reach the accommodation and the separation of what is the kitchen/living room with the room/bathroom, but that is described in the listing description. Before entering he warned us of the possible noises to be festive and practically in the center, but still we caught it and it was great, noise was heard but from a certain hour the silence reigned. We really liked it! Thank you so much for everything:)

New accommodation, in perfect condition and very practical. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Caesar was very attentive, he even warned us about the celebration of local festivities in Plasencia and that we should be careful where we parked the car on the day of the weekly market in Montehermoso, indicating where we could park and where not. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and conveniently located place to visit the northern part of Extremadura
