We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

We had a wonderful stay at this stay. The space was clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful artwork and a refined aesthetic. The host was very kind and attentive, making sure communication was smooth throughout our stay. The location in the historical district added so much charm, and the view—especially at sunset—was absolutely breathtaking. This is a truly special place, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

Es war ein wahnsinnig schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Marin. Er ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber, der Freude daran hat einem Tipps zur Insel zu geben. Einen köstlichen selbstgemachten Rotwein hat er uns auch zum Abendessen mitgebracht. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum türkisblauen Meer. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Wir empfehlen es sehr hier zu buchen für einen Aufenthalt auf Korcula!

5살 조카, 아버지, 누나와 함께 두브로브니크를 제대로 즐겼습니다. 아침 비행기로 두브로브니크에 도착하다보니 어린조카가 많이 피곤했는지 투정을 많이 부렸습니다. 그 때 호스트의 배려덕에 숙소에서 잠시 정비할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치는 부자게이트 바로 앞이라서 캐리어를 돌바닥에서 끌 필요가 없었어요! 더운날씨에 지칠때면 시가지에서 5분거리라서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬면 되어서 최고였습니다:)

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to pool towels, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch: a gorgeous private pool, comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. Every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel at home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — offering local tips and accommodating our requests. Their hospitality made the experience feel so personal and special. The location was perfect too — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and stunning beaches.

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

We came to Dubrovnik on a family vacation and Marijo’s house was the perfect way to start our trip. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire visit there. The place was recently renovated and surpassed our expectations - the house was very spacious, clean, modern and an overall beautiful space. The pool and grilling area were the best way to spend the days and nights and very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms all updated and modern. Marijo was the perfect host and his house was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, a brewery, ferry and a 15 minute uber from old town. Super safe area as well (police station nearby). We couldn’t recommend this place more!

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Le logement correspond totalement à la description. l'environnement est exceptionnel, la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse, la chambre et la piscine est extraordinaire. Marija est toujours disponible, nous proposant une très belle excursion en bateau et nous avons ou profiter des figues du jardin! je recommande totalement ce logement

We had an amazing trip to Dubrovnik, made really special by staying in such a great apartment. Nikolina was the best host - gave lots of advice prior to our stay and always replied to questions within minutes. The apartment was spacious and was as it looks in the photos. Beds were big and comfortable. The balcony looked out to the sea and gave some great views. I thought the location was perfect for us - we could walk down to the Old Town in 15 mins - took a little longer coming back up hill!! We stayed in the biggest of the apartments which was for 8 people, but there are other smaller aparments in the complex - would highly recommend.

After a few days in Dubrovnik we stayed for 12 nights in Gabrielas appartment. Gabriela is a fantastic host, she met us off the ferry and walked us the short distance to her place. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfect for our needs. The garden is lovely with a pretty outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. The island is lovely with some good bars and great restaurants but the best has to be Gabrielas family restaurant, Peggy's, which is a few doors down from the apartment. We enjoyed a wonderful meal there with views of the sun setting over the islands. We loved exploring Lopud and the neighbouring islands as well as lazing on the beaches and a bit of snorkling. Gabriela was always happy to provide useful information about the island and things to do, she even arranged our transfer to the airport by private boat and car, a perfect way to end our holiday! We would definitely go again.

We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment, when we were given a bowl of delicious grapes (just before they reached the end of season) picked from Family Pijaca's vines. We felt quite 'at home' there and enjoyed our conversations with Miro, who spoke very good English (unlike our Croatian!!) and with his mother through a few words and sign language.

We really enjoyed our stay on Koločep! The apartment is located in a beautiful bay with stunning views, away from the main town and therefore very tranquil. The apartment itself is comfortable with an equipped kitchen and outdoor space to relax. It was quite hot at night but we understand there is a plan to install air conditioning soon. We enjoyed swimming, snorkelling and walking through the pine forests. Josko picked us up by boat for easy access to the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us a tour around the island by boat, sharing his knowledge and some great stories.

Robert was a wonderful host! The place was the perfect location and had everything we needed. He also let us check out late so we could Leave our luggage in the apartment and enjoy a day at the beach. A lovely start to our stay. Highly recommend. He also upgraded us to the apartment with a terrace as it was our honeymoon. Lovely gesture and great communication throughout our stay. Thank you very much.

Es war alles so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Ein absolut idyllischer Ort mit sympathischen Gastgebern, Olga und Srdjan. Eine solche traumhafte Sicht auf die Bucht von Kotor muss man sich durch Serpentinenfahrten erarbeiten. Für das Gefühl in einem altem , romantischen Weiler zu wohnen, nimmt man gerne etwas weniger Komfort in Kauf. Alles ist in eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft eingebettet . Ein wirklich besonders schönes Erlebnis.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing—super clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a great vibe throughout. It was a perfect place to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicated everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We truly felt at home in this beautiful apartment. The neighborhood has such a vibrant, relaxed energy that made us feel like we truly escaped the rush of everyday life. We loved every moment here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

One of the best airbnb’s i’ve stayed at. I had a really good sleep. The place was comfortable and cozy. The host was kind and helpful for anything we needed. The apartment’s decor was very thoughtful and it felt like a piece of art. If I come to Dubronvik again, I’d definitely choose this place.
