The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. Our spacious apartment Valdinoce is in Orašac, a place 15 km away from Dubrovnik (20 minutes ride). It is situated at the first floor of our family house, with a nice sea view. This year we have expanded the terrace - it is 32 m2 to enjoy the view even more. Valdinoce features two bedrooms, one is double and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, living room and a parking place right next to it. Since apartment is at the first floor, there are a few steps to reach it. Welcome!!
