Such a great place to stay for a quick getaway. Local to so many restaurants and bars, easy to walk and navigate around the neighborhood. Will definitely stay again next time we come visit

It was very clean, and located in an area with a lot to do with respect to privacy as well. Our hosts and co-hosts were very informative, responsive, and helpful! Sylva is a very responsive and kind host! Our tenants stayed here during some emergency house repairs and they were very satisfied with the accommodations. They also enjoyed the walkability and close bus stops.
