Located in a quiet part of the building, with windows facing the inner courtyard and a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The studio features a large king-size bed (180×200 cm) and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. Prostorný byt s klidnou atmosférou, parkováním zdarma a dobrým spojením do Brna, také vlakem. Vítáme u nás jednotlivce, páry a také kolegy, kteří potřebují oddělené postele. Postele (každá 90 x 220) mají lamely a třetí host spí na postelové matraci. Kuchyň s klimatizací má obvyklé vybavení pro vaření, kávu Jacobs, čaje a koření. V koupelně si můžete vybrat sprchový gel a šampon. WiFi vysoká rychlost 1 Gbit. TV nemáme, ale nudit se nebudete. Rosice, Brno a okolí nabízí plno možností 🙂

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
