Pokoje jsou neprůchozí. Parkování je možné na ulici před domem zdarma. Toto ubytování nabízí naprosté soukromí. Na oknech jsou venkovní elektrické rolety. Dům se nachází na okraji Olomouce v klidné lokalitě u řeky Bystřice, která je lemovaná cyklostezkou. Výborné na procházky. Vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi.

Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway for up to 3 persons and small kid under 2 yo. Situated in a residential zone. The appartment is part of our house where our family also live. Therefore, count with possible kids noise and is not adapted for romantic plans. The place is 5 minutes by foot from the UNESCO Archbishop's Flower Garden, and 15 minutes away from the Chateau and the city center. Parking is free on the streets about 50m away from the house.

Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a massage bathtub, a living room with a kitchen . On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without a lift.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

I live in harmony with nature, so I am completely off-grid. I draw energy from the sun, which is not in short supply here. I also have a tank that contains 200 liters of water. I am a small, but otherwise a full-fledged house for life.
