Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Hummingbird Cottage

The Cottage is located on the edge of the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1000 m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Please note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.
