You will have a spacious kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room with dining area and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and storage as well as a separate toilet will also be at your disposal. We are pleased to welcome you to our small cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
