You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. This charming farmhouse along with its matching studio cottage located right next door is nestled under 5 very large oak trees on 30 acres. Property consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy bond fires, star gazing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and wildlife watching. Please note: Additional fees are required for events so inquire prior to booking. Fishing and swimming are permitted. No fishing license needed.
