Holiday rentals with a patio in Tropea

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished – everything was thought out so that you could comfortably unpack and put things in the wardrobes, drawers and shelves. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, which makes everyday life much easier. A huge advantage is also a pleasant garden with a beautiful view of the surrounding green hills – a perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, always available and ready to support if needed. I definitely recommend it – it is one of the best places we have stayed in Italy!

The place has everything you need and is modern and well equipped. The small complex at the top of the hillside with a wonderful view of the sea. You are absolutely dependent on a car for shopping, etc. Eva was always easily accessible and provided us with great tips. We stayed there for 2 weeks with baby and felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, has a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. It is quietly located in a side street of Caria. The hustle and bustle of Tropea can be reached quickly by car, as well as countless beautiful beaches. Parking directly on the property is of course pleasant. For those looking for peace and relaxation, I highly recommend this accommodation. .

I stayed with my family at this beautiful place. Located within a residential complex, with an attached pool, the property offers a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. Well furnished, equipped with all comforts, clean, with two air conditioners that fully do their duty, a starting point for the many excursions in the nearby towns (Costa degli Gods) that you want to visit. Andrey, despite not being present on site, has always been kind and responsive. Family-friendly place to stay that I highly recommend!

The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and easy to reach. Communication with Brigida was always clear, quick and efficient.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and the beach is just a short walk away. Anna is a warm and helpful person. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise disturbance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you very much, Anna, for everything!

Great apartment - spacious, bright and very clean. Well equipped kitchen, and coffee water, snacks and a bottle of prosecco were provided. Marco is very friendly and responsive. He provided an excellent list of local restaurants and a great boat cruise company for a day on the water. Would definitely book again.

The experience at Giuseppina's structure was definitely positive. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in a maritime area with tranquility and a stone's throw (literally) from the sea, as there is direct access to the beach a few meters from the house. The shower outside is definitely a strong point to avoid leaving dirty inside the house. There's definitely no shortage of comforts and essentials for your stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, very helpful host, spacious and quiet

We enjoyed the idyllic location and tranquility. Tonino and Caterina were very accommodating. It was surprising that a security deposit was required and the air conditioning was charged extra.

Structure located on a beautiful hill with an enchanting view, especially at night to enjoy the sunset from the pool. Domenico and Nicola are 2 very kind and helpful people, always. I highly recommend visiting this property and the Tropea area. Thanks for everything.

Tania’s property was in a wonderful location, with less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a local market to buy some food and toiletries, and a shuttle that can take you to other towns to do larger shops- Tania recommended us this and called in advance so they’d pick us up. The air conditioning and fans in the property make it so comfortable to live in. Tania was a great host, she let us check in early, picked us up from the station and was overall extremely welcoming. She was so helpful throughout our stay- from giving us recommendation to quick responses whenever we had a question.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. Simply awesome! We booked confidently, despite the absence of reviews, and we did great, it couldn't have been better! The apartment that Marica and her beautiful family have reserved for us is located inside a farmhouse entirely owned by them. On the ground floor there is the family accommodation that they use occasionally and on the upper floor two apartments dedicated to guests. The place made available to us was clean, tidy, and absolutely well-stocked. Also, upon our arrival, we also found produce from the garden as a welcome gift! The house perfectly matches the description provided, it is located on the hill (to be taken into account, if the goal is to walk to the sea). It was ideal for us because it allowed us to be in one of the most touristic areas of Calabria, but at the same time away from the chaos and cool in the evening. Last note: the view from the terrace overlooking the sea spectacular! Recommended!

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)
