A maisonette located in the heart of a quiet village in the Bourbonnais region: 17 rue de la Bascule, 03240 Deux-Chaises Cosy and warm, it will welcome you in all simplicity via a street that only serves the houses. Although it has no land, it does benefit from a prime location less than 50 metres from the communal fishing pond and the services of the neighbouring campsite (e.g. waste disposal for motorhomes). Triplex layout (stairs!), toilet on the landing, bedroom on the 1st floor with shower and washbasin, open staircase / access to the 2nd floor

The house was built from former horse stables and will surprise you with many pretty details. The house is very comfortably furnished: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped, open kitchen with dining area as well as a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. Everything is spacious, open and cozy. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, either with shower or bathtub. In addition, there are two outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities.

It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
