Central and spacious apartment on "Solsiden" with a great location. Open views and very good sunlight. Walking distance to the city centre with all the restaurants, shops and cultural offerings. Playgrounds within walking distance. The apartment gets sun from morning to evening on 2 separate large balconies that are well furnished. 3 bedrooms with 1x150, 1x150 and 1x180 beds respectively. The apartment is spacious for up to 4 people, but there is enough space for 6. We think you'll enjoy the apartment, whether it's for work or leisure.

The charging path right outside extends all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming opportunities in the immediate area, including Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and Væresbukta. Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Welcome to my very centrally located, beautiful and spacious apartment with free underground parking! From this central place, the whole group has easy and quick access to whatever it may be like: - 3-minute walk to the bus, shopping, food and sightseeing. It is a charming and cosy apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a separate toilet, and two bedrooms. The beds are 1.80m and 1.20m, and there is room for inflatable mattresses. Hotel amenities such as towel and soap are included!

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
