Velkommen til vår bolig på Kystad, Byåsen, vest i Trondheim i et rolig boligområde. Fra eiendommen er det 5 min å gå til buss som bl.a. går til sentrum, St Olavs hospital og/eller NTNU Gløshaugen. Buss tar ca 15-20 min til sentrum. Fra eiendommen er det også lett og raskt å komme seg ut i flotte Bymarka med flere tur- og bademuligheter. 2,5 km til Granåsen skisenter (15-20 min gange). Det er flere dagligvarebutikker i umiddelbar nærhet og bare ti min å kjøre til City Syd hvis man ønsker det.

Trondheim Square is 400 meters from the pier, which is located by the canal in the city center.

From this residence in a perfect location you have easy access to everything. 2 minutes to the bus, walking distance to the shop and Bymarka. The bathroom is by the bedroom, which is on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor. There is a kettle with tea and coffee in your room.

We live on a farm approx. 35 minutes drive to Trondheim. 20 minutes drive to Orkanger. It is a serene a quiet area with amasing views. We have hens and chickens and sell eggs at our farm. Breakfast is included and occasionally dinner with us!
