The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

NO DENGUE! This charming and comfortable house was created in tune with the Delta. Ideal for 4 people. Located only 30 minutes from Tigre's Fluvial Station (mainland) by public or taxi boat. With an outdoor and indoor BBQ, private pier and a spacious backyard this house has everything you might need to relax and enjoy nature. You can go hiking, kayaking, fishing or just enjoy reading a book on the private wooden pier. Great peaceful location and a Host that is willing to help you anyway he can.

Dome recycled to new apartment in the heart of the city. The area is full of Restaurants, theatres, coffee shops with plenty o day and night life. Only two blocks far from the iconic Colón theatre and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue, this cossy aparement is build in woden floors, with an entire renovate kitchen, plenty of day light and high ceilings. There is also a dressing room in a separate room. The main bedroom in the dome, making your stay just unique. With 2 patios and a full bathroom.

Amazing two bedrooms at the tower Palermo Uno. Check In Rules: Building with 24 hours security, pool open Nov 15 to Apr 15, laundry and gym on the 31st floor. Check in: 14PM & Check out 11AM. Arrival between 20PM and midnight has a late fee of usd20. Booking from the previous day allowed to check in as early 8AM. Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible. Store Luggage : 9AM-16PM.
