Waterfront holiday rentals in Tronca

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

Apartment with attention to detail, in the central area, in front of the castle, a short walk from the seafront. Clean apartment complete with all the comforts. Tastefully and accurately furnished. Host available and accurate. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable house for the location next to the sea and very clean. Mrs. Giovanna was very helpful and nice.

Simple but functional accommodation, equipped with everything you need, we really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs, very pleasant for breakfast and lunch. The beach is just a stone's throw away, both free and equipped, just beyond the road and the pine forest. Supermarket 10 minutes' walk, weekly market on Fridays. The area tends to be noisy in the evening and at night due to the frequent passage of cars with loud music and large motorcycles: fortunately, the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows and air conditioning, so the problem is contained. Alessandro was very kind and helpful: not being present on site, he provided us with the reference of a person to contact for any needs during the stay. Overall rating 100% positive.

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

The stay at Mario's place went very well, beyond our expectations. The accommodation is cozy, equipped with everything and quiet, despite being in a very central location. Mario and Mrs. Lisa, who welcomed us personally, are always available and prompt in their responses. Absolutely recommended.

A stay that will remain in the heart. This villa has all the necessary amenities to truly feel at home. Some rooms have a private bathroom and it is clear that each element has been designed to ensure an unparalleled living experience. The villa is a real gem especially for its proximity to the beach: It is accessed from the garden via a driveway, in a few words it is A DREAM! We also had a canoe to explore the crystal clear waters, a bike for pleasant hikes nearby, and Netflix to relax in the evening after a day at sea. Clean environments and hosts are always available.

Cozy apartment, very kind host. The only downside, at least for the time I went (November) is the location, far from almost everything and a dark street. The rest is all good.

We had a really great stay! The place is similar to the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is really the roof terrace and its own access to the beach. Upon our arrival, a small cosmetic package and chilled water awaited us. There was also nothing missing to shape your everyday life. Next to the property, the service is absolutely amazing. Not only did our host get a rental car ready for us at the airport 15 hours before arrival, but also repaired the coffee machine before arrival. Even with questions during the stay, this was always responsive. Early check-in and late check-out were also possible. Thank you so much, happy to come back! :-)

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 double), spacious and bright. The view of the Bay of Squillace is beautiful from the terrace that runs around the house. Very simple check-in and check-out, extremely flexible host in schedules and easily available through messages. When I get back to the area, I'll definitely try to stay here again!

Great apartment with sea view from the living room and terrace, equipped with every comfort. You can work by connecting to the Wi-Fi of the house even from the terrace with sea views. The house is as shown in the photos, furnished with colors that give warmth and the feeling of being at home. Located in the waterfront area, from which you can walk to both the beach, as well as all kinds of restaurants, bar, ice cream shop and also supermarkets, fishmonger, etc...but still far from the most lively area. Also convenient for families with children, in a few steps you are at the sea or at the playground with giostrine or to eat a great ice cream. Antonella was an impeccable host, very kind and considerate in welcoming us throughout the stay.

What can I say… Serio and his family are special people. Always available and kind. Beautiful house with an extensive garden and all the amenities you need. Basically a real beach house! Excellent tourist location where Calabrian goodness can be appreciated nearby. Great for families with kids and/or kids! We hope to be back next year

First a super nice host who was right on site when you needed him The apartment is exactly as in the photos everything neat and super clean We felt right at home, a very nice apartment with its own terrace where you are also not disturbed and the children could also play a little louder without problems.
