New and great centrally located apartment with high standard and panoramic views. This great apartment is best suited for 1-2 people, max 3-4 people. It is only a 15-minute walk to the Hospital and the University. Only 100 m from the apartment is a shop that is open every day of the year. Bus stop only 50 m from the apartment. Free parking at the apartment. 1 double bed (150x200cm) in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living room. Bus (24) to the city center, cafes and restaurants, takes only 7 min.

You live 5 minutes from the airport, and yet in the countryside. A few metres from the sea and a river that flows into the sea here. Around the houses, you can spot many different animals. Reindeer often pass by. Moose can make a quick visit. Otherwise, otters and arctic weasels run around the houses. Seals swim in the sea, and dolphins occasionally. An excellent place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it's windless, they are also reflected in the sea. Tromsø city centre - bus, approx. 15 min.

Quiet neighborhood. There are a number of parking spaces for rent nearby. Nearby there are 3 grocery stores, several restaurants, wine bar, bakery, gas station, museum, etc. Boats for excursions are nearby. The apartment is well-equipped.
