Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. "Forbord Dome" is an exclusive glamping experience for two people in the heart of nature. You can sleep under the stars, enjoy the panoramic view over the Trondheim Fjord, catch a magical sunset or see the amazing Northern Lights if you're lucky. The dome is 23 square metres with a window in the ceiling and in the front and it is located on a terrace on two levels with seating and a fire pit. There are many great hiking opportunities in the area, how about a trip to the top of "Forbordsfjellet"?

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
