This 15th century 200 m2 mansion is listed as a historic monument. It is located in southern Touraine, 4 km from L'Ile Bouchard, where all the shops are located. It is in the park of a family property and has a private garden. Between Richelieu, Chinon and Azay-le-Rideau, it is in a region of high culture and history and close to many castles of the Loire: On 3 levels and partially surrounded by secure moats, it is not recommended for very young children.
