Welcome, we are in Montecosaro one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a stone's throw from the historic center. 5 minutes from services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants It is 10 minutes from the beaches of Civitanova Marche, 20 minutes from Giacomo Leopardi's house or the sanctuary of Loreto and 40 minutes from the beaches of Numana, Sirolo and Monte Conero. It is possible to reach the Sibillini Mountains in less than an hour. Relax in this quiet accommodation.

The 400 year old Hay-barn, with sauna

An open-plan ecological cottage located on a quiet country lane which was the first Roman road in the area. With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.

Vista Azzurra Apartment no. 2

The apartment is located at the top of a hill, not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on one side a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
