Our villas are located on the central beach of Kriaritsi village, one of the 12 best beaches in Europe. It is also within walking distance of Tigania Beach and seaside restaurants and bars.

Upper floor is a stylish home with all amenities and great atmosphere and the ground floor space is a cozy and cool (even in the hottest days) stone flat with a front porch with great views of the sea and an amazing sunset.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
