Dainty little house surrounded by old pine trees, shy owls and adorable squirrels in Professors Settlement-Vourvourou. For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

In the area you will find traditional restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, beach bars, café-bars etc., as well as many other beaches and places since we are located in the most central point of the second arm of Halkidiki. The house, fully equipped, is ready to welcome you.This unique location waits you, to explore it.

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
